Brian R. Wutz

Mr. Wutz is the founding partner of Wutz Seifert, PLC.

Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Wutz practiced in an active commercial and civil litigation firm and as a senior associate attorney at a major downtown Detroit law firm.

    • Volunteer teaches at St. Patrick's school for the Junior Achievement program.
    • Volunteer with the Woman's Counsel of Realtor's Bras for a Cause to fund cancer research in the fight against breast cancer.

Jason F. Seifert

Mr. Seifert is the founding partner of Wutz Seifert, PLC.

Prior to joining Wutz Seifert, Mr. Seifert was a senior associate at a predominant firm in Oakland County, Michigan. Always putting his client's needs first, Mr. Seifert has had his hand in settling millions of dollars worth of personal injury cases.

Mr. Seifert has extensive litigation experience in Workers Compensation, Auto Negligence, Personal Injury Claims and Social Security Disability Appeals. Prior to moving to Michigan, Mr. Seifert worked in Entertainment Law in Hollywood, California drafting and negotiating contracts for a major film studio. Mr. Seifert specializes in the negotiation and mediation striving for the maximum recovery for all of his clients.
